Sports Massage sessions are done clothed and with minimal draping, and best suited for individuals looking for a more interactive session. Sessions will combine manual therapy, tools, and stretching. This massage will consider the impact of activities on specific joints,tendons,ligaments, and muscle groups. Utilized for recovery, and specific pain and injury concerns. Please come with proper attire, like running shorts, sports bra, and/or gym clothing.
