Therapeutic Massage
Comprehensive healing and rehabilitation therapy. Therapeutic Bodywork Sessions are done in a more traditional setting with draping, and involve a variety of massage techniques and tools for reducing minor muscle tension, pain, and discomfort.

Sports Massage
Interactive, clothed therapy for athletes and active individuals. Sports Massage sessions are done clothed and with minimal draping, and best suited for individuals looking for a more interactive session.

Terms & Conditions
-Massage sessions in a package may be shared with friends or family. -All massages in a package must be used within 6 months of purchase. -You can upgrade to longer sessions by paying the difference. -No Refunds on purchased packages/Gift Certificates. All sales are final. -Gift certificates expire after 5 years.
Cancellation Policy
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled session. Failure to show up (no call/no show) for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee. In case of emergency or illness, please contact me directly to reschedule, and the fee will be waived. If you are having trouble rescheduling or cancelling your appointment online, please reach out to me directly at 801-449-1224.
