I do not accept insurance. However, I do accept HSA and FSA and can provide proper invoicing if requested.
I have chosen to eliminate the expectation of tips and instead prioritize fair and transparent pricing for services. The final price is determined upfront and clients can enjoy a more relaxed and stress-free visit. By eliminating the tipping system, the focus shifts from monetary rewards to the quality of service provided. Enhancing the overall client experience, and prioritizing transparency, and professionalism.
The easiest access is to park in the parking garage and enter on the second floor of the building (follow signs for EOS gym). Once you are on the second floor of the building head to the southwest corner of the building and you will find Trolley Healing Hub. Enter suite 2D and feel free to wait in the waiting room. Here's a reel on how to find it.
Yes, it's ok to exercise after a massage, but most people prefer to wait at least a few hours to allow the work to settle in. If I did particularly intense specific deep tissue work, I would recommend waiting until the next day to allow the tissue to recover.
Many of your aches and pains can be significantly relieved in your first session. However, chronic pain and stubborn tightness that has been present for a long time may require a few additional sessions to fully resolve.
How quickly cupping marks fade is unique to each person, ranging from a few hours to two weeks. It's primarily determined by your current tissue health and sensitivity.
You might feel anything from slight discomfort to a mild ache in the treated areas, especially if you've been in pain for a while. Our priority is never to cause pain. Instead, I work within a "manageable intensity" range, where you feel the treatment's benefits without overwhelming discomfort. Your input is key! Always tell your therapist how the pressure feels and if you're experiencing any discomfort. If you're tensing up the muscles we're working on, it can actually hinder progress, so your communication helps us adjust and ensure the best outcome for you.
I want you to be comfortable, so you can dress down to whatever level suits you. When you come for a therapeutic session, you'll typically undress to your comfort level; traditional draping will be used, and only the specific body part we're working on will be uncovered. For Sports Massages, clients usually stay dressed in gym clothes, or remove minimal clothing if an area needs direct access.
Assessment is an evaluation process; a systematic process of gathering information. Rather than treatment based on assumptions, I use this information to develop clinical reasoning for your sessions. Assessment performs the following important functions:
- Indicates which tissues are most likely involved.
- Indicates the status of the involved tissues.
- Directs the choice of most appropriate treatment.
- Helps determine progress towards treatment goals.
- Determines if a client's condition falls within my scope of practice and expertise.
